DPDP Act 2023
Fully compliant with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023, including consent management, data minimisation, and user rights to access, correct, and delete data.
Children's Data Protection
Users under 18 have cloud sync automatically disabled. A parental consent flow is built directly into the app, compliant with DPDP Act children's data provisions.
AES-256 On-Device Encryption
All health data is encrypted at rest using AES-256 — the same standard used by banks and governments — and stored locally on your device by default.
Data Portability & Deletion
Users can export all their data in a portable format or permanently delete everything from within the app — instantly and completely, no recovery period.
Optional Cloud Sync
Cloud backup requires explicit opt-in. When enabled, data is encrypted and stored on secure EU servers (Germany). Users can revoke consent and delete cloud data at any time.
Grievance Redressal
A designated Grievance Officer responds within 24 hours and resolves complaints within 9 calendar days, as required under the DPDP Act 2023.
